Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other applicable fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or international shipping carriers.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier directly.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@sirlostandfound.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
