Eligibility for Returns
    •    Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
    •    Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
    •    We do not accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or custom pieces.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at contact@sirlostandfound.com with the following details:
    •    Your order number
    •    The item(s) you wish to return
    •    The reason for the return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
